Ultimate Trinidad Carnival = a duck in water?

A client recently said to us, “You make pulling all of this together look so easy.  You’re like a duck in water; cool, calm and serene on the surface, but paddling like crazy underneath the water!”  Well, after we all had a good "belly laugh" at that comment, it seriously made sense.  Here's a mere glimpse into what we do for our clients behind the scenes so they can have an amazing, seamless experience!

1. Simple registration process.  We’ve put a lot of thought into how we can get you registered in 2 easy steps: (1) pay your deposit and (2) complete your registration form.  We gather all of your personal information and your measurements during the registration process.  We then take this information to register you with our accommodations provider, mas costume supplier, J’ouvert band contact, makeup artist, and fete ticket suppliers.  We also use this information to schedule your transportation to and from the airport.
2. We save you time.  Not only do we book everything on your behalf, we’re also doing all of the research for you!  Once we’ve gathered everything that you need to know about your Trinidad Carnival experience, we compile this information and provide it to you via our members’ only website.  We also provide information to you during our monthly info calls and in your care package, which is delivered right to your doorstep.  All you need to do is read the information that we provide to you!
3. Easy event planning and organization.  With your planned itinerary, we plan all of the events, get your tickets, and organize your event transportation.  All you need to do is be present at the appointed times for departure and arrival before and after each event.  All of this information is contained in your itinerary, which we provide to you.  As one of our clients said, “All I needed to do was show up!”
4. Taking care of you (for a change).  With your Ultimate Trinidad Carnival team with you in Trinidad at every event, we make sure that you’re taken care of every step of the way.  Traveling with our group ensures that you’re always with someone who knows the country and culture, who’s looking out for you at all times.  Behind the scenes, we’re checking in with you from time to time at every event to make sure you’re okay.  Are you a little tipsy after de party?  No problem, we’re looking out for you to ensure you get back to the hotel safely.
