Over the years...

We've been taking our amazing clients to experience Trinidad Carnival and we've collected stories.  Stories about our clients, that is.  Where they came from, how they found us and why they chose to travel with us.  We've distilled their stories into a little "Carnival tale" for you.  We'll call our client Jane and this is her story - enjoy!

• There once was a woman called Jane.  Jane wanted to go to Trinidad Carnival.  No, you don't understand.  She reeeaaaally wanted to go.  She dreamed about it, talked about it all the time and read anything and everything she could about it on the internet.
• Jane knew she wanted to go, but didn't have a clue about what fetes to go to, who to play mas with or where to stay in a strange country.  She also didn't have anyone to go with her.  Her friends were not at all interested in Trinidad Carnival and traveling to a tiny island in the middle of nowhere.  That didn't sound like fun to them at all.
• Jane felt so sad; what could she do?  She looked around on the web at companies who organized group trips, but they were (1) unprofessional (2) weren't even sure if they had enough clients to take a group (but were asking her for a deposit - eek) and (3) couldn't answer her questions.  Had they even been to Trinidad Carnival before?
• Then she came across Ultimate Trinidad Carnival.  What a dream come true!  They answered all of her questions over the phone, sent her even more information and made her feel comfortable.  They even helped her find a roommate!  She paid her $500 deposit right away and booked her flight to Trinidad.  She was so excited!
• Jane traveled with UTC and experienced things like:
  
  • Partying (and drinking) while the sun was rising (multiple times).
  • Getting her body "chocolatiered" at J'ouvert.
  • Being a Carnival Diva in her tailored costume in the parade.
  • Traveling to beautiful Tobago for some more partying and a lot of sun, sand and amazingly blue water. 
• She was truly taken care of by her personal Carnival Ambassadors and felt very safe with the UTC group because she got the chance to meet them on Facebook and during the info calls before her trip.
• When Jane returned home, she was extremely satisfied and over the moon happy with her Carnival experience!  Of course, she felt sad again because it was all over!  Now, she's patiently waiting for her next Carnival fix in 2017 with UTC...
