Thanks for stopping by our blog.  This past weekend we had the pleasure of being interviewed by Von Martin of Caribbeana on WPFW radio!  Of course, we recorded it just for you.  We had a little technical difficulty at the beginning of the recording (please accept our apologies), but the rest of it turned out just fine.  There are a few surprises in the recording, so just press play to hear them :)

What's next?  We're heading to Barbados for a little business and pleasure!  During our trip to Barbados we'll be meeting with our vendors who will be working with us to make Ultimate Crop Over a success, chilling out at Oistins for their weekly fish fry (yummy), visiting the Aura mas camp to view the beautiful costumes (they just launched on Saturday) AND soaking up the sunny Barbados atmosphere.  And of course, we'll be telling you all about it along the way!  We can't wait!

We're continuing our UTC in video series!  Next up is J'ouvert (pronounced jou-vay) - Esha's favorite event and THE top rated event by our clients since UTC started back in 2011.

This event starts on Carnival Monday morning in the deepest, darkest night (3 am to be exact).  J'ouvert is the official kick off to the Trinidad Carnival Parade and is basically a huge street party with paint, oil, mud, powder, chocolate - whatever you want to put on your body!  The true essence of J'ouvert is freedom and this video captures it fully.  Enjoy!
